I accept payments via Paypal or bank transfer.
Please make sure you complete the transaction and that you have made the Paypal payment, I cannot ship your order if I haven't received your payment in full.

I will use the delivery address you provide here at Big Cartel so please make sure there are no mistakes.
Generally I ship within Germany but I can also ship worldwide. Please contact me for the costs of shipping, if the product should be delivered to another country. I ship with Deutsche Post, they provide a tracking number so you can track the package. Delivery time varies on the destination, usually around 2 days to 2 weeks.
Everything is packed in cardboard and air cushion envelope.
Please note that for international orders all duty/import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via email. I will do my best to make it right!
Products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase and I will refund the full purchase price (not including any shipping costs).

Please keep in mind that colors differ depending on your monitor and its settings. So there might be slight differences between what you see on screen and the actual products.
The purchase of products does not transfer reproduction rights.
